Datasignify Privacy & Messaging Policy

Standard message and data rates may apply based on your mobile carrier’s pricing plan. Fees may vary for domestic and international messages. Datasignify is not responsible for any charges incurred from your mobile carrier.

3.6 Opt-Out Method

You can opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any SMS message you receive. Once you opt out, you will no longer receive SMS communications unless you re-opt in.

Datasignify applies industry-standard technical and organizational safeguards, including:

  • Access controls limited to authorized personnel
  • Continuous monitoring and auditing of systems
  • Secure retention and disposal procedures

5. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not share personal information except in the following cases:

  • The Campaign Registry (TCR) requirements
  • RingCentral carrier policies for SMS registration and content guidelines

We register and maintain active campaigns with accurate sample messages and opt-in language as required. Registration approval may take up to four weeks depending on carrier review. Activities prohibited by carriers or TCR (such as SHAFT content — sex, hate, alcohol, firearms, tobacco) are strictly forbidden and will result in immediate revocation of messaging privileges.

7. User Rights

You have the right to:

  • Access your personal information
  • Correct inaccurate data
  • Withdraw consent for communications at any time
  • Request deletion of your information (subject to legal retention rules)

8. Retention of Records

We retain SMS consent and communication records for a minimum of four (4) years or as required by law to demonstrate compliance with regulatory bodies and carriers.

9. Changes to This Policy

Datasignify may update this policy periodically to reflect changes in law or business practices. Any updates will be posted on our website with a new effective date. Material changes will be communicated via email or text (if applicable).
